For your convenience, here is a map of downtown Cedar Rapids and driving directions to our office! We are located in the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation Building at 324 3rd St. SE, Suite 200.

Driving Directions
From I-380 South:
• Take Exit 19C/1st W Exit
• Turn right onto 1st Street
• Take the first left onto 1st Ave
• Take the third right onto 3rd St SE
We are located on the corner of 3rd St SE and 4th Ave.

From 1st Avenue:
• Turn onto 3rd Street
We are located on the corner of 3rd St and 4th Ave.

Cedar Valley Area Office:
The Cedar Valley office has recently relocated to the Downtown US Bank Building in Waterloo.  Our address is:

Driving Directions
From I-20:
• Merge onto US-218 North/Washington Street toward Waterloo
• Take a right onto West 6th Street
• Turn left onto Commercial Street
• Turn right onto Park Street--The US Bank Building will then be immediately on your left.

Please go to the third floor and we are the first office to the right when exiting the elevator.


From 218 North:
• Take the US-63/Sergeant Road exit toward 1st Street
• Stay straight to go onto US-63 North
• Turn right onto Commercial Street, then left onto Park Street.

We are the first building on your left (US Bank Building).  Please go to the third floor and we are the first office to the right when exiting the elevator.

We are located in the Cedar Rapids office - Heritage Building- 315 3rd Avenue, Suite 209.

Driving Directions
From I-380 South:
• Take 20A/1st Street Exit
• Turn left on 1st Street
• Turn left on 3rd Avenue
We are located next to Green Square Park on the right side of 3rd Avenue.

From 1st Avenue:
• Turn onto 3rd Street
• Turn left on 3rd Avenue
We are located next to Green Square Park on the right side of 3rd Avenue.
